I received counterfeit product from seller. I ordered Dior face palette. I have attached photo. I done swatches and as you can see from the picture sparkles only sit in top. I've got full refund now and after that seller asking to return product. What should I do?

Are you 100% sure that it's counterfeit?
If so, tell the seller that you've sent it to LVMH/Dior.
If you're not 100% sure ask the seller to send you a return label (they won't be able to do this via eBay now).
Edit to add: If it's the seller beginning with 'r' then they're trading on a private account, so should only be selling off their own personal bits and pieces, but they have multiples of make up products listed which should be a red flag to any potential buyer.

Yes, I'm 100% sure it's counterfeit product. I'm owning original Dior palette and its looks absolutely different.
Plus plastic feels very cheap. Everything looks different than original Dior palette.

I'd tell them that LVMH/Dior have requested it and will be providing a pre-paid label for France, so they should maybe contact them about this.

Thank you for your help.

Honestly, I'd only ever buy make up from a reputable source, you're putting it on your eyes. Some years back Mac and Dior were heavily counterfeited, and the Chinese copies were found to have all manner of toxic substances in them.
