Counterfeit or fake items aren’t allowed on eBay

So 2 of my listing got taken down due to apparently breaching the "Counterfeit policy" But the items are not counterfeit or fake items, I have appealed but they declined the appeal? what do I do?

Sell elsewhere.  After ebay remove a listing they rarely, if ever, relent.  Certainly not after a failed appeal.  They can be heavy handed and inaccurate at times.  😞

The only thing unfair about receiving this restriction,  is the message sent,  it doesn't explain the full reason for your item being removed.

eBay cannot see and check your item,  it may or may not be fake,  but high brand items are protected by the Vero regulations and policies,  see link below,  these brands do not wish their items to be sold online,  so they are the ones asking eBay to remove them when seen,  spotted and reported.

Genuine items liked yours,  will come under the same umbrella, and be removed.

Many slip the net with 7 billion listings , it's impossible to check each and every one, some then do become listed,   but when they are spotted  and reported like yours was they too,  will be removed.
