Contacting an agent

Does anyone know how I can contact an agent? Via a phone call preferably?

There is generic information, but no way to get a call back or to type my communication.

ebay have removed our direct link to get a callback from customer support so we have no way of contacting a real person at the moment. 

Try via the help link , you might be lucky.  We're hoping our usual link will come back before too long.
