I cannot get Ebay to give me the details of the seller I bought an article from in April 2024. All I get is the usual bull from Ebay about security. Any ideas on how I can make Ebay respond via a human being? Thanks!
Preferably using a laptop/PC and Chrome, go to your Purchase History page, far right to See Orders all: from drop down menu there you can select the period you wish to view.
Find the item far right from More Actions select Contact Seller.
Unfortunately I don’t have the details of the purchase anymore, only the seller ID. I can find no way of contacting anyone at EBay except their useless “assistant “ . Any thoughts on this? Thanks for your help.!
