Contacting Customer Service

I cannot contact Customer Service.  I am in the UK and it is not yet 9pm. I have tried requesting a call back and wording my request differently but I keep getting directed to unhelpful pages. The matter I am trying to deal with does not appear on the help pages. I have managed to contact Customer Service previous by requesting a call back but perhaps that is no longer possible since Ai has taken over and is working well enough yet. I have managed to contact Customer Service several times last year and the call handlers have been very helpful. Now this option does not exist or is very well hidden.

To Contact Customer Services I recommend using the link below for a Call Back option, and call as close to 8 a.m. on weekdays as possible, as there's more chance then, of Dublin answering.

9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends
