Yes, others have reported this issue, but it seems they did not have the correct app version.
A Community manager recently posted this message re app issues, hopefully it will help you.
Delete app cache and data, sign out and sign back in, and update with the latest version ( version 6.2.46.0.1)
It requires android 12 and up .
Check you have this version, and operating system.
