Contact seller not working

I’ve received an incorrect item and have tried to contact the seller via the app

it seems to just go round in a loop and back to the original advert - there is no possibility to write a question in a chat function

I’ve tested this on a few items and same problem 

I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled but still not working

There does seem to be an issue with contacting sellers if you use the app.

However, you don't need to contact the seller.

Start a return and you will be able to message the seller through the opened case.
