There's usually little or no reason to call eBay. Come back here and explain the issue you are having, there are many very experienced members here, happy to help you.
Is it by chance difficulties getting access to your account, listings, paying for items etc. ? The site is experiencing serious server problems. eBay are aware, and working on the issue, but it is intermittent, so perhaps worth a try later on tonight, or tomorrow.
