I need to return something because it was incorrectly supplied. I do not have a printer and the item is to big to go in the post box.

You need to start the return process by opening a case stating you want to return the item and why.  Even for a large item, this is where you need to start.

Yes, but it only gives me two options to return it.
The first is for a pick up by royal mail, but I need to print out the
return label..... I do not have a printer.
The second option is to put it in one of their boxes and it's too big to go
in them.

I really want to just speak to a real person!!

Once you opened ebay case, they will supply QR code.

You show this code,usually on your phone, at PO, they will print label.

Speaking to a real person will not help, you have to follow procedure. Can you not return in the original packaging?

It's in its original packaging. It's just that the company won't come and
