I bought Wales Bonner x adidas Samba Nylon Pony Leo (((cream colour))) on 5th November 2024, After I paid for it, I received confirmation email with difference colour ((( black colour))) , then after 3-4 minutes I was trying to cancel the order because it’s different than what I want. eBay informed me that they can’t cancel the order in spite of it was only 3-4 minutes. I wrote to the seller he ignored me. I wrote to eBay customer services and ignored me. Now it’s one month and I didn’t receive it to send it back to the seller and refund my money. Same problem happened to me with same details on 10th October when I ordered same colour and received different colour . eBay still ignoring this matter

There are proper procedures to follow, it is on every listing, on the right something like BUY WITH CONFIDENCE.
Buyers can only ask sellers to cancel, but if you receive nothing you use the, Ebay 30 day money back guarantee and open a not received case. YOU CANNOT RETURN AN ITEM YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED.
If you receive the wrong item then you open a NOT AS DESCRIBED CASE, and seller has to provide a return label and on return refund.
