Combining postage

Once one item is paid and marked sold you cannot then revise and send a combined invoice for the 2 items.

After payment for the second item you can send a partial refund for the excess postage charge.

Oh,  and ust to come back with a tip.

Whenever you need to make a partial refund ,  always mark the item as dispacthed first,   Then make the refund.

Make a partial refund first , and there''s a quirk in eBay's programming,  to prevent you marking items as dispatched.

If you have market as paid, you don't mark as sold, items once sold automatically move to sold items awaiting payment. If you ean marked as paid, if you go back to the drop down menu, you should find that the option is now to mark as not paid.

If that can be corrected then you may be able to send a combined invoice. If buyer has really paid for one, you  might be able to send a revised invoice for the second one showing postage as £0.00
