A buyer has won three autographs in three auctions offering Simple Delivery.
I've stated all over my listings that combined postage can only be offered if the items are paid for at the same time, as this is stated on eBay's Simple Delivery guide.
My buyer has been charged three postage prices.
My questions are:
1) How do I find out whether the items were paid for separately, or, were combined by the buyer, short of asking him?
2) Assuming he paid for them all at the same time, how does he get a refund?
If I post them out separately, he's not going to get a refund & it's a ridiculous waste of time & resources for me.
If I post them out in one envelope, I understand I can't list the tracking numbers for the items whose labels aren't used, so there will be no evidence of delivery.
I don't want to go down the route of cancelling & relisting as one lot, as that isn't going to work going forward.
I can't do anything about it, as the postage is now between eBay & the buyer.
I've contacted eBay customer services (in India, I'm guessing) & they weren't any real help.
