Combined postage refund

Hi i have sold 9 separate items to the same person they all have this new simple selling  prepaid labels because all of the items fitted in to a small parcel i have saved the customer £16.00 I haven posted out the parcel  leaving  8 listing's ready  to be posted all showing pre paid label when I got paid  for these 9 listing's the postage was already deducted from my earnings  .so ebay needs to refund the combined postage  difference. Can you please help

For all the unused Simple Delivery labels,  the refund goes back to whoever paid for the labels.

• If you selected 'Buyer pays’ when you created the listing, your buyer will automatically be refunded for any Simple Delivery label that isn’t used after 30 days

• If you selected ‘Seller pays’ and offered free postage on your listing, you'll need to fill out the Request a refund for Simple Delivery form for the label that wasn’t used. Make sure to send your request within 14 days of your item selling.
