Combined Postage

I have a buyer saying I combine postage on their purchases. Having listed via the eBay app I can not find a way to do this. When I try eBay says items managed by them for postage is not allowed to be invoiced.  Does anyone have a resolution to this?

Combined Postage

Buyer pays total and you refund any overpayment.

Alternatively sales are cancelled and relisted as one lot, but good chance that sales will-

 be lost.

It is amazing that SIMPLE DELIVERY is so complicated, that combined invoices are not possible.

Combined Postage

As has been said, combining postage is not simple with Simple Delivery.    Ideally cancel/refund the transactions with buyer's agreement and relist in one listing with one postage for the buyer to buy again.  You do that from the dropdown menu for the items on your orders list.

The alternative would be to send them together anyway.   Open the unused labels to mark the items as dispatched then add the tracking number to the extra items at View Order Details > Postage > Track Package > dropdown arrow.    That has to be done on a desktop browser but if you can't manage it the payment will be released anyway after 14 days.

If the buyer paid for the unused labels the cost will be automatically refunded to them in 30 days.
