Re: Collection in person

Once the buyer has paid via eBay checkout they'll receive a collection code (usually via email).

The buyer brings the code when they come to collect and lets you know it, you add it to the order whilst they're still there, they can then take their item.

Ah, thank you so much, is that all I need
to do?
Just scan the code?

Yes,  you can scan the code,  or enter the numbers manually opposite where it says collection .

Do not let the item go before receiving this code,  and checking it works!

A polite message to the buyer reminding them they must bring this code,  otherwise the item cannot be rleased.un

It's your only proof of collection and an earlier release ( unless there are other holds),  on your payout.
