Collection Code Miplaced

How can i get a resend of the customer collection code.

My customer cannot find the email with their collection code i need to get this resent to them?

Thank you for your post.

Advise the buyer to check their my eBay message as the email with the collection code will be there. If they cannot locate it they would need to contact customer support who can get them the code. The buyer needs to do this as they will be to be verified.
