Just after some advice. I have a coin set with Kew gardens 50p in it. How do I send it without being scammed by someone saying they haven't received. Is there a process?

Wrap well so couriers can't feel the coins and use eBay's Simple Delivery postage system.    That covers sellers for loss or damage in transit.

If a buyer sets out to scam a seller there really isn't a lot you can do about it.   But if an item is really not received, with SD ebay would refund the buyer and you keep the payment.

Not received is the least of your problems, a scammer would not claim not received, they would open a not as described case, you would have no option but to supply a tracked return label and on return you would need to refund.

The problem would be that buyer returns something other than what you sent.  You would be unlikely to get any help from ebay as they would say they never saw what you sent or what was returned.
