Hi i have bought an item and i had it delivered to argos click and collect. Tracking by royal mail shows the item as delivered to the collection point. I have not recieved an email to say its ready for collection or the six digit code that lets me collect it. thanks for any help regards Alan

If the code is not in your emails, check Spam too, your eBay messages or order details, then contact Customer Services for this code. Be aware, you have 7 days from being notified your item is in store, to collect your item.
I strongly recommend contacting CS 8 a.m. on a weekday when the lines open for ' live agents' as then, there's more chance of Dublin answering.
This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

It's not easy to get through to CS, you just have to have perseverance! Instead of a quick option, 'Contact Us' which put you direct to a CS agent, you have to scroll past ' How Can We Help you today, to the very bottom and click on the Contact Us below Need More Help?
That takes you to an annoying AI bot but if you persevere keep asking questions it cannot answer and Insist on an agent, they do finally put you through and say .... waiting time ** minutes!

Hi i have sorted it myself by going to click and collect point and talking to them . They had my package it did not have the full address with code that ebay says to use. The code was missing i was able to show them the order on my phone app and it showed them the code. i recieved email and text for pick up straight away.
