Hello,
I have been to the Click & Collect hub an collected my parcel, but I am still getting an email from Click & Collect saying that item hasn't been collected. The guy at the hub scanned the barcode and everything seemed OK.
Has anyone come across this before and what do I need to do about this? I am concerned that the seller will not receive their money.
