Click & Collect not an option when checking out

I have a customer that won an auction and bidded on my item because it had Click & Collect as an option.  I sent them an invoice and when they went to pay Click & Collect was not listed as an option.  I've had other customers use C&C many times and have never had anyone experience this before.  Has anyone ever heard of that?  If so, what can they do so they can use C&C???

Some items do not qualify for C & C's T & C's.  Size,  weight and price apply for them to be able to be listed as Click & Collect items.

Items for example,  have to be over £5 in value,  some of yours are under this price,  is the item one in that price category?

Thank you. The item was over £40, and C&C DID show on the listing - it was
when it closed that the buyer said the C&C was not visible1

Very bizarre, nothing though surprises me the odd happenings now on eBay.

I have no answer sorry,  hopefully someone will come along later today who has experienced this and has an answer as to why this happens.

I'll also await any helpful answers as it may help us to help others coming across the same situation.
