Classified advert

Hi, I have an active classified ad for a motorcycle. It doesn't appear with other motorcycles in the same category because I think it was listed under Suzuki cars instead of motorcycles. The original category won't allow changes when I try to revise the ad, is there anything I can do about this?

All you can do is to end the listing then relist correctly.

You'll be charged the listing fee though, so may want to contact eBay and see if you can get a credit for it.

It is listed in Ford cars.

As suggested, relist correctly.

Thanks Tobias, I understand, however the problem is that the original
listing is not allowed to be edited, so my question was, is there any way
around this?

That's correct a Classified ad cannot be edited.

You will need to end the listing and relist correctly.  You will have to pay the listing fee on the existing ad and again when relisting,  as these fees are non refundable and charged the second the item goes live.
