I got a message from ebay saying i under paid for shipping but i am 1000% i didn't since I've sold many of those items and never had an issue. I would like to speak with someone (human) about this because although ebay has covered it for me it was a mistake by the carrier not by me or ebay and we cannot let them abuse it. How can i speak with someone ?
