Sold items

ok hopefully someone can help. I sold 2 items to the same seller different transactions both posted at the same time and same post office. Please not I already passed the 10 item and £150 for the 24 hour funds after the buyer pays.

so one item was delivered today the other one only be scanned today even though both were put in the same bag for postman to collect. So I contacted the seller to ask if he is happy with the first delivery he confirmed all good but will wait for second item to arrive before leaving feedback. So eBay lied the first time saying 10 orders 150 cash sales,, now because the seller isn’t leaving feedback I now have to wait 2 days for the other item before he leaves fb and I get paid. Even tho it shows delivered and he has agreed he is happy. I can’t get a home delivery shipping and pay in 2 days time. What’s the best way around this. I need to buy more stock  cheers

If you are buying stock then you should be registered as a Business Seller.

Once you qualify for money being released in 24 hours, buyers leaving feedback will make no difference.
Mostly any payments I receive are released same day before I post on the next working day.

It's nothing to do with the 10 orders / £150 in sales to initiate a faster payout when you post two separate orders in one package.  One item is not tracked,  so that item's payout will be held for at least 14 days.  That rule applies to everyone.

Feedback is of no consequence it can be left in error so eBay do not take this into consideration for a faster payout.

Even if you wish to buy more ' stock' for you collection , you have the intention of selling them, so you do need to register as a business.  A Private account is for selling used unwanted items,  such as a garage / attic / wardrobe clear out.  If you're buying items with the intention of selling them you need a business account.

It's easy to transfer yours so you are selling legally on eBay,  see here:

  1. Go to Account settings in My eBay.
  2. Select Personal information
  3. Select Edit next to Account type. You may be asked to sign in again.
  4. Select Confirm to upgrade to a Business account.
  5. Specify whether you operate your business as a legal entity or as a sole proprietor and select Continue.
  6. On the following page, enter your business information such as name, contact information, and returns policy. Then select Save.

Probably best to use a PC / laptop for this,  and not the app or mobile browser.  Chrome seems to work best on eBay.
