When I'm watching a live stream, if I type a message and press send, the message appears to send and shows up in the onscreen chat but isn't actually there for the host or other viewers. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, tried logging in on the computer (same issue there) and have changed my password and username. Nothing seems to help and I mostly watch clothes resellers so often ask questions about size/condition etc. I know my chats aren't actually sending as if I wrote a word that would normally trigger the profanity filter for example, i don't get a pop up that says it wasn't sent. It's as if I'm not connected to the stream however I have no issues bidding which suggests the opposite.
Any suggestions welcome because I'm out of ideas and "report technical issues" is as useful as an ashtray on a motorbike.
