Charged for a postage label on item I was selling including free delivery

Sold a book recently to a local buyer. Item included free postage.  He was local so I delvered personally myself.  Now I see I've been charged for a postage label by Ebay which I never requested!

Seriously why would I need a postage label?  And I would never buy one through Ebay in any case.

How do I get this refunded?  Impossible to contact Ebay support on this.

If the label was purchased through Simple Delivery and you did not use it,  you will be refunded for it,  but it can take up to / over 30 days to appear back in your account.

Thanks. Yes, confirmed by support agent - finally found one.  Annoying Simple Delivery is something you have to disable rather than enable.
