Changing Currency

My Ebay account has been registered in the USA for over 20 years. However, now when I try to create a new listing, it shows the price in £ sterling and not US$ (as gefore). There's nowhere to correct it on the Ebay website or App. I tried contacting Ebay help but it's just a useless AI robot. They disconnected phone help. Can any human here help me ? Thanks.

You've strayed onto the UK site.    So you need to log out, clear cookies, then log back onto the .com site.   Or use  a different browser.    🙂

I've been a member of Ebay since the last century. For many years you could talk to an Ebay assistant if you needed help. Today Ebay service is almost zero. Replaced by AI robots who only reply with templates off a shelf. So, instead of an Ebay human solving my problem in less than 5 minutes, I fumbled around with AI robotic answers wasting a lot of time. Of course this is all done so that Ebay executives can be paid their obscene salaries while throwing real human service out the window.
