Change the address for item

I’m selling a tv unit in Edinburgh on behalf of my mum. I’ve changed every blinking address even my home address but the system still has the listing as Woking even though the buying location is Edinburgh. I’ve logged out and back in but it’s still Woking. So if someone searches for it in Edinburgh they won’t see it!

I don’t know what else to do. I’ve even added text to say it’s in Edinburgh but it won’t get seen in a local search

Check you've changed Payment and collection address on here:

https://accountsettings.ebay.co.uk/uas/addresses

If so contact ebay about it by requesting a callback on here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/eua?id=5190

An alternative would be to set up a new ebay account for your mum using the Edinburgh address.
