Change return reason

How can I change the reason for return once selected as now taking me to the postage page but I need to amend the reason

You have to contact ebay and ask them to change it for you.  You can ask them to call you from here:

I spoke with an advisor on the phone who said there is no way of changing it once selected. I was not impressed!

Unfortunately that was what I expected, but worth a try.

Depending on reason for return, your payment provider may help.
