I want to return an item. I clicked on the 'item does not match description' box, and the next screen is 'Anything else to share?', requesting further details. I do not want to do all of this, so I want to change the reason for return to something else. But now every time I view the item and click on 'More actions' and 'Return this item', I am taken automatically to the same 'Item didn't match description. Anything else to share?' screen. I seem to be locked into this with no way of changing it. Please help!
