Change of payout account

I sold stuff on ebay.

I wanted to withdraw the funds but need to change "payout account" first!

Ebay says:

"Delete present account first, THEN register new account"

When I follow this advice, the system gives OPPOSITE advice:

"Enter new bank account details first; they will replace the present details automatically".

When I try to follow that advice, I simply get an error message saying that it's "impossible" to process my request.

In short: ebay is keeping my earnings and forces me to spend it on ebay again with no chance of payout!!!

That cannot be legal - surely?!

I urgently need that money!!!

Change your bank details here,   perhaps use a PC / laptop and Chrome rather than the app or mobile browser.

I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
