Change of address and collection of parcels

I need to arrange another collection but to my new  address because the first collection was from my old address, But on the system it says it has been scanned by courier but I still both parcels and i need to get it to the buyer

It's probably best to cancel/refund the transaction with the buyer's agreement (via the dropdown actions menu arrow for the item on your orders list) and relist with correct address for the buyer to buy and pay again.

Hi I have tried to refund both items but it’s not including the postage, the items hasn’t left but it says they have been collected by the courier and this is false the Bauer still wants the items can we just get them collected can we make that happen
