Help please! I am a personal seller. I selected Royal Mail medium size parcel instead of Evri large parcel postage in error. My item has sold and I need to cancel the Royal Mail selection or postage completely and re-arrange to send it by Evri at my cost. I am unable to work out how to do this - Ebay's site seems to be very confusing.

Urgent help required - does anyone have any ideas?

If you want to buy the correct postage yourself you can do that online or where you take your parcels. To add that tracking number you still need to generate the original prepaid label. Then change the tracking via the dropdown menu or View Order Details > Postage > Track Package > dropdown arrow. That needs to be done on a desktop browser.

Afterwards if you paid for the original label you can cancel it here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/claims/simple-delivery/refund/seller
If the buyer paid for it it will be refunded to them automatically in 30 days.

Or you can explain the problem to the buyer then cancel/refund the transaction with their agreement (via the dropdown actions menu arrow for the item on your orders list) and relist with correct postage for the buyer to buy and pay again.
