Change from collection to posting

Hello all,

I have sold an item for collection only but I have now agreed to post it. There doesn't seem to be any way that I can spot to mark it as 'dispatched' as it's for collection on the listing. Can anyone help please?

It's better to cancel with buyer's agreement and relist with postage for them to buy again.

Thank you but I suspect one of us would get a defect!

Nope,  no defect for either ,   if you explain the issue to the buyer, and when they Agree to the cancellation.

Then,  if you cancel citing Buyer Requests to cancel neither your selling performance is not affected and neither is  the buyers account.
