Chainging postage carrier after sale

Hi, how do I change a postage carrier after a sale? The listing has pickes up the automated postage thing but Ive aent the package by royal mail and its been delivered. I now cant put royal mail down as the carrier therefore the package wont show as delivered

You can't cancel a Simple Delivery label.   As long as it's showing as dispatched you will receive the payment but it will be held for 14 days.    The cost of the original label will be refunded automatically within 30 days.
