Case closed

Hi..an item i recently purchased did not fit my motorbike..

So i requested a return

The seller refused, then the case was closed and im unable to appeal..

I know now i should have said item is not as described then seller would have to refund...

Is there any way around this?

Im over £200 down stuck with an item i cant use..

You can only have one case per transaction on ebay but contact your payment provider and ask them about a refund or chargeback.
