Carriers not collecting large items I've sold

How many other sellers are experiencing this problem:

I sell quite bulky items and now have to use simple delivery through eBay. The labels are printed and the items packaged with carrier collection promised for the next day.

Nothing happens, no collection, no reason given

I contact eBay, they arrange a new collection, nothing happens.

My customers contact me wondering where their items are, I contact eBay nothing happens.

Does anyone have advice about this issue?

Yes,  others have experienced  this,  you are not alone.

Informed today,  that it was  a bug with DHL pulling through some addresses, and that the bug has been resolved .

Others like yourself though are still experiencing this earlier a Community manager on the Weekly chat confirmed....  You can use your own courier if you wish. DHL are experiencing higher volumes than usual and are working on this to improve the service level.  A refund request for the postage can then  be made.

Not ideal,  I agree. 🤔
