Cant withdraw

Can anyone help me on why I can’t withdraw…. I’m on hold because my payment method could not be charged for any outstanding selling costs… what does this mean?? I’ve added a payment method but still nothing

Have you linked you UK bank account to your Ebay account and set up a Direct Debit from that account?

To link your bank account to your eBay seller account for payouts, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Payments tab in Seller Hub or Payments in My eBay.
2. If you already have a payout bank account linked, select Delete to remove it, as only one bank account can be linked for payouts.
3. Select Add to add a new bank account.
4. Choose to either Log in to my bank or Enter manually and follow the instructions.

   Your linked bank account must be a current or business account, not a savings account. It usually takes 2 business days for changes to be confirmed and payouts to be enabled for your new bank account.

   Make sure the name on your bank account matches the name on your eBay account. For a personal account, your first and last names should match. For a business account, the business name on your bank account should match the business name registered on eBay. If you want to switch to a business account on eBay, you can do so from your account settings.

   After adding your bank account, eBay will verify your details. You may verify your bank account by logging into your bank, uploading a bank statement, or using microdeposits. If additional verification is needed, eBay will notify you by email or show a banner in Seller Hub.

I’ve added my new card details as requested… but keeps saying same thing

You need to follow the process to link your bank account for payments in and out.

The links in my previous post will enable you to do this.
