Cant cancel a vehicle sale

Hi. I sold our family car last week. the buyer has messed us around and still hasnt paid. Ebay is showing the car as collected. I dont recall marking it as colllected . Because of this I cannot cancel the sale. Any help would be appreciated.

Unless you correctly cancel an unpaid item after 4 complete days and within 30 days of sale, there will still be FVF Vehicle fees  to be paid ...  Cancel now if still in time >

Charges are due on each and every Vehicle listing/relisting ... for listing again, suggest > 

Using a PC/Laptop > Classified Ads. at £19. 99 will allow the exchange of contact details for viewing and price negotiation over a 30 day period ... set the Start price at or near the price that you would find acceptable ...>>> avoid inviting Offers as if accepted the listing stops and may never complete <<< ... just continue to Negotiate an acceptable selling price and only remove the Ad. when you have a definite buyer with Cash in hand or Bank Transfer is safely deposited/confirmed before handing over Vehicle keys/documents on buyer collection. No further FVF selling fee is charged ... 

PayPal payments should not be accepted .... CASH is safest so No Payment Holds or risk of later disputes >

Thank you for your help, however we are unable to click the cancel button on ebay because it is showing as collected.  It has NOT been collected or paid for.  We are unable to get hold of ebay at all to get this unmarked and are just going round in circles on the help pages.  Any advice would be greatly received.

Can you go to the bit where it's marked as collected, and can you screenshot that section and post it here please?

Thank you, please see attached.  When we click on cancel it states that we can not cancel because it has been collected.

That's totally bizarre.

Are you sure that you didn't mark it as collected accidentally?

You'll need to contact eBay and tell them that you perhaps did and see if they can make a manual adjustment or cancel it their end.
