For two days now I have been trying to list an item on this site. It just keeps coming back with an error about the listing tool not working. Can this issue go on for two days? I have tried to contact eBay, but all you get is a Bot that cannot understand the issue. Anyone else having this issue?
Thanks for the reply. I can list on my business acc, but not my private acc. Seems strange, I am an experieced seller so maybe its just personal sellers?
A Community Manager has just explained the issue with listing was escalated , and has been fixed, but may still exist if you're trying to list from drafts.
There was an issue with listing items over the weekend that was escalated with our tech team. It has since been resolved and listings are going live. If your listing is from a saved draft it may still contain the cookies that had the error so try doing a fresh new listing to see if that works.
