I have an auction live that is using the Global Shipping Program. For some reason it's not including the USA as an option. I only noticed this when a possible buyer sent a message asking if I shipped there.
I've set the country of manufacture, and other listings are including the USA.
I tried to set up a shipping table and use that instead, but it doesn't seem to be an option. If I try and set custom shipping instead of international I only have the option to set a single flat fee for the entire world (I could probably make that work for a subset of countries, but would need to be able to specify the countries which isn't an option on the listing).
Is there some thing I've set up wrong? Or is there another option (e.g. setting that flat fee higher, but telling buyers to request an invoice before paying?). Or can someone bit anyway and I'll have the option to set a custom invoice after?
I've not sold in a while, and not since the simple shipping cam in, so I don't know what options will be available.
