I have not yet sent an item to the buyer as I thought I had already sent it, and now the original label is expired and I cannot purchase a new one (Royal Mail). I have notified the seller of this and told them I will be getting in contact with eBay in order to resolve this and post the item. I have not been able to get in contact with anyone as there is no email/phone number. Please can you advise on how to get a new postage label when one has expired?
