Hi,
I sold something for the first time and I couldn't arrange for the buyer to collect.
If I go through the process of cancelling the item, it is asking me to refund the buyer £80.00, but I haven't had payment yet and I will not get payment unless I scan the buyers QR code which I can not do now because they are not collecting it.
What do I do?

You will have to cancel and refund.
After you refund, the buyer's payment will be released so you will be out of pocket for a short while.

Hopefully you have signed up for Managed Payments ? --- cancel as problem with Buyers Address and consider putting a Postal option on your current listing/s.
