Cancelling postage

I have bought a postage label for an item I sold. It was done using simple postage and evri. After I bought it I realised that the seller had bought another item from me both with free postage. I am sending the 2 together so wanted to cancel one of the labels. However when I tried to void the label it says that I can't do it. Is there any way to cancel it?  If I cancel the order will I get a refund for the label?

What you can do,  is to cancel the order's with the buyer's agreement so citing ' Buyer Requests to Cancel',  then list them together for that one all important SD label and one tracking number for both items.

The refund for the unused SD label, is refunded to whoever paid for the label.

• If you selected 'Buyer pays’ when you created the listing, your buyer will automatically be refunded for any Simple Delivery label that isn’t used after 30 days.

• If you selected ‘Seller pays’ and offered free postage on your listing, you'll need to fill out the Request a refund for Simple Delivery form for the label that wasn’t used. Make sure to send your request within 14 days of your item selling.
