Cancelling a postage label

I have sold an item and printed off the eBay postage label last night.  I was contacted by the buyer this morning & he has asked me to send the item to a different address as the label tracks to the buyers original eBay address the Post Office says that eBay can only track the QR code to the original address.  I have tried to cancel the postage label on my eBay but it says it can’t be cancelled as I have to pay for

Apart from not being able to cancel the label, it is very unwise to send to any address other than one provided by ebay, as only delivery to that address gives you protection against NOT RECEIVED CASES.

It is up to buyers to keep their records up to date and all 5 address boxes need to be edited.

Each box is for a different purpose.

Thanks John I have all the conversations with the buyer in my eBay & was trying to resolve the issue with the seller sorry to be a pain but if I post to buyer & keep the tracking number of the item would this be advisable or should I just cancel the order any help appreciated.
