Good Morning I ordered an item and cancelled after 12 minutes of ordering only to receive a message saying "This order was not cancelled"
I find it unbelievable that the seller could not cancel the order within 12 minutes of it been ordered.
I asked the seller to if I could return the item Free of charge to them or to issue a refund, the response I got was "To confirm there is no free return on items ordered by mistake"
I have tried to contact ebay for their help with no success - Has anyone got a phone number for customer services or a direct email?
Thank you all in advance

No point contacting eBay as a seller does not have to accept a cancellation request, those are the rules.
If they have Returns Accepted on their listing, then on receipt, you can return it, but you will need to pay for that fully tracked return postage.

Business sellers are supposed to accept "change of mind" cancellations (private sellers are not). I'm not sure what ebay can do about it but you can contact them and ask using callback on here:

Seller, unless a business seller is not obliged to cancel an order, and can still post to you. If they do accept returns, then you would have to pay return postage, if they do not accept change of mind returns, then all you can do is sell on.
If you bought by mistake, why ever did you pay. It does not encourage a seller to be helpful, when buyers just waste their time.
