hi. i can’t create a listing. the page goes to verify phone number then it doesn’t send a code.Can anyone

Also try adding a Bank Card # to your Managed Payments setup in order to send and receive  payments ?

Check the code hasn't ended up in your "Bin", and if using the ebay app try a browser instead as there are issues with the ebay app.

Have you ever sold before, as unless you have a bank account registered and verified by ebay, as you cannot be paid you are not allowed to list.

fargvs has supplied all the info. you need to start selling.
