Cancellation and refund

Hi, my client canceled their order. Now i have difficulty accepting it, I choose "accept" option but nothing happens. They haven't got their money back nor I get any message from the website. Can you please advice me how to proceed?

Try doing it from your orders page.  Click on the dropdown menu arrow alongside the item and select Cancel order > Buyer asked to cancel.    

 

Refunds don't happen instantly but the buyer should receive email notification.

This message"Please let the buyer know if you can cancel this order."pops up on top of the page. I already told them but i cant go any further than this

Use a desktop and clear cookies or try another browser.   If you still have problems contact ebay and ask them to check it for you.  You can request a callback on here:
