Canceling postage

Items that I sold I recently I decided to deliver in person. Can I cancel the payment they made so they get a refund?

If label is unused, then you as seller can cancel and make a partial refund to buyer.

If buyer bought postage again if unused it will be refunded to him after 30 days.

However if it was advertised as being posted, you will not be able to prove delivery, and a dishonest buyer could win a not received case.
