Tried to cancel a listing of two bikes I sold last year, and have received payment,  but it insists I can not cancel an active listing because it thinks I’ve only sold one……..keep getting messages to buy….what can Ido

You should be able to use the button below to cancel your listing.

You did list it as 2 available - that is, you listed two PAIRS of bikes, that is why you still have an active listing.

To end a listing early, select End your listing below.

End your listing

That picture is not showing. However if following the published process is not working for you,  you will need to contact ebay.
