Cancel postage

I recently sold some items with postage included. However, after the items were sold and due to the fact the items were large and the buyer lived locally, I decided to deliver myself. How can I show that the items have been sent in eBay? At present it is asking me to print label so that it can be tracked and sent

If you triggered Simple Delivery labels but did not use them this will mark the item as dispatched,  but there is no way now to mark as delivered.  

Items need to be listed as Collection for the buyer to receive that all important collection code for a seller to scan and this is the only proof the item was collected.

Without this code your payout will be held for a minimum of 14 days.

For the unused labels you can receive  refunds...

• If you selected ‘Seller pays’ and offered free postage on your listing, you'll need to fill out the Request a refund for Simple Delivery form for the label that wasn’t used. Make sure to send your request within 14 days of your item selling.
